Beautiful, newly furnished apartment with balcony and free parking space directly at the house.
The apartment is located in 1. Floor and has about 85 square meters of living space.
In the bedroom there is a new boxspring bed 200 x 200 cm, wardrobe and a TV.
A living room with new sofa bed for 2 persons, 2 armchairs, a bed 140 x 200 cm for two persons, TV, free wifi.
In the apartment is a travel cot 120 x 60cm with pillows, blanket incl. Bed linen and a highchair available.

In addition, you will find a well stocked bookshelf with new books. In addition, coloring books and pens, pens and games for the young visitors.
A large bathroom with two sinks, bath, shower, hairdryer, washer and dryer. Towels and washcloths are sufficiently available.
You will also find a clothes horse, ironing board and iron.

Uettingen is located between Würzburg and Wertheim in the beautiful Aalbachtal. Both cities can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
Würzburg with the beautiful residence with a courtyard garden and the impressive fortress, Wertheim with historical old town and the castle high above the city.
Wertheim Village, one of the best known and most beautiful German outlets, can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
Rothenburg ob der Tauber is only about 60 km away and can be reached by car via the A7 in just over 45 minutes. The beautiful medieval city is an experience not only in summer. In winter, of course, the wonderful Christmas market attracts visitors.

Alles war äußerst sauber, perfekte Einrichtung, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Immer wieder!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Die Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet und alles war äußerst sauber. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Selbst Kaffeepulver und Zucker (aber auch Mehl, Öl, Essig, viele Gewürze u.v.a.m.) standen zur Verfügung. Kaffeemilch wurde sogar noch hochgebracht. Kompliment an die Vermieterin für diese Wohnung, die Sauberkeit, die liebevolle Deko, die Freundlichkeit!

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Freundliche und angenehme Vermieter.
Wer glaubt, für Urlaube in Ferienwohnungen müsse man "seinen halben Hausstand mitnehmen", sollte einmal diese Wohnung probieren. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Selbst Verbrauchsutensilien in Küche und Bad sind vorhanden. Hinzu kommen organisatorische Hilfsmittel für einen gelungen Urlaub wie Adressen und Öffnungszeiten der örtliche Restaurants oder Flyer für Besichtigungen. Ein großer Vorteil im Sommer sind die Fliegenschutzgitter vor fast allen Fenstern. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Wohnung sehr geeignet, da sich die Schlafgelegenheiten auf zwei Räume verteilen und es auch in beiden einen Fernseher gibt. Für Schlechtwettertage stehen etliche Spiele und Bücher zur Verfügung. Der Ort selber hat für seine Grösse eine erstaunliche Infrastruktur (mehrere Restaurants mit sehr zivilen Preisen, 2 Discounter, Metzger, Bäcker und sogar ein Freibad). Das Freibad haben wir nicht besucht, da unsere Kinder lieber in eines mit Riesenrutsche gehen wollten. Von dieser Sorte Freibad gibt es in ca. 20 bis 30 Autominuten erreichbar 2 Bäder, die wir beide sehr empfehlen können (Dallenberbad und Geisbergbad). Als weitere Ausflugsziele können zum Beispiel Würzburg oder Rothenburg ob der Tauber sein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und angenehm. Alles in allem hatten wir ein sehr schöne Urlaubswoche (Sommer 2018).

Es ist nicht nur die große und wunderbar eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gewesen, sondern die Summe der vielen perfekten Kleinigkeiten. Ferienwohnung bei Frau Weimer - wunderschön
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Es ist an alles gedacht, Spiele für die Kinder, Bücher für Regentage. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgesattet, mit neuen Möbeln und neuen Elektrogeräten. Eine "Erstausstattung" an Getränken, Kaffee, Gewürzen, Öl ist vorhanden. Auch im Bedezimmer gibt es eine "Erstausstattung". Frau Weimer hat die Ferienwohnung sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Uns hat es in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen, es war für unsere Urlaubstage ein richtiges Zuhause.

Very impressed. Sehr schoen
This apartment is great. It is very large and was stocked with everything you need to vacation. No need to run to the store right away to buy bathroom supplies. It was clean and nicely decorated. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Yvonne and Ralph are very nice and easy-going and made our stay very enjoyable. I would stay here again if I come back this way. Alles war wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz, ist schoen eingerichtet, und hat alles was mann braucht. Und alles war sauber. Yvonne und Ralph sind sehr net und easy-going. Wir sind eine Familie von 5 und hatten ausreichend Platz. Ich nochmal hier wohnen.

Absolutely Beautiful Home!
We had a wonderful trip to Germany! This home that we stayed made out trip just that much better! The home is very spacious, very new and modern, and absolutely spotless clean! It was very very comfortable there. It was great to wake up and sit on the back porch overlooking the garden and the nearby mountains. The little city was really nice with a grocery store and great restaurants that we went to. Some of the best food I have ever had! The owners were very helpful and very hospitable! Thank you so much for everything! The next time we take a trip back to this area we will definitely try to stay here again! We look forward to it!
