All villas are equipped with air conditioning, television, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, mosquito nets on the windows. The two-room villa MARE VERDE consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large dining room with a cooking area where there is a comfortable sofa bed that can become a double and can accommodate 4 people. The detached three-room apartment SEA LIGHT is composed of a double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, a spacious dining room with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed that becomes the occasion and can accommodate up to 6 people .The villa consists of BLUE SEA a master bedroom, a large dining room where there is a comfortable sofa bed that all 'occasion become double, a kitchen aside, bathroom with shower. Each villa is equipped with air conditioning, is assigned a parking space, an outdoor shower, outdoor sink and garden with all the comforts, and a barbecue, where you can make good grills to taste under the pine trees that make frame to the beautiful summer evenings accompanied by the scent of the sea breeze. Just a few steps from the villa there is a supermarket where there is also a bar for breakfast. Its favorable location allows you to walk in a few minutes the center of Torre S. John and the beautiful green sea; nearby is 'CRAZY' where there is a beautiful lido (LIDO MAD) which is the setting for this little oasis of sandy beach. Few kilometers to reach the beautiful Gallipoli (PEARL IONIAN) or the beautiful S. MARIA DI LEUCA (THE LADY OF THE IONIAN), CASTRO, OTRANTO, the beautiful LECCE (called the SMALL SOUTH FLORENCE) with its monuments in BAROCCO style, beautiful to visit. Distant3 km there is the small FELLINE (the southern wedding favor) famous for the festivals and its renowned restaurants, where you can taste the typical dishes of Salento. .
