Very convenient location for an overnight stay before getting the Stornaway Ferry. The room was very clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast, delivered to room, was excellent too. Very recommendable.

The property was easy to find in a quiet residential area a short drive from the local amenities. The room we stayed in was very clean and nicley decorated but on the small side. Breakfast was served on a tray in the room which consisted of a slection of items, the multi pack pastry and the coffee could of been better. It was awkward to sort the breakfast in a cramped space and we ended up sat on the bed eating it which wasn't a great experience. I'm glad we were only booked in for one night as it felt like you were confined to the small bedroom as there is no other area to relax. It was fine for one night but we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely Irish welcome. The room was lovely, clean, warm and a great peaceful nights sleep. They do a great continental breakfast, brought to your room in the morning. I was told to ask if i required anything, but i was very happy. Highly Recommended.

Lovely, clean albeit quite a small room. The property is a short walk from the town centre of Ullapool. The host explained everything we needed to know about our stay upon arrival. The only negative was the bed was quite creaky.

Although the room was quite small, it was beautifully decorated and had everything needed for a short stay. A continental style breakfast is served on a tray in your room. There was.more than enough provided ,- tea, coffee, toast, croissants,yoghurts, fruit, orange juice. Would recommend the Foinaven.

We were given a very warm welcome and advice about where to find an evening meal. Room warm and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - continental style. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Ullapool in the future.
