Lovely traditional house Casa Oliva with private pool

In a rural location, surrounded by the owner's lush, green farmland, Casa Oliva is an established stone-built villa situated on the outskirts of the small village of Juricani. Although built in 1920 it was renovated to a high standard in 2004, and now boasts a range of new and modern facilities that perfectly complement the traditional features of the original building. In a quiet, secluded location away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, this lovely villa offers a peaceful retreat for anyone wishing to further explore the beautiful Istrian countryside. Situated approx. 20 meters from the neighbouring villa (Casa Peronospora), this detached villa is set in its own well-kept gardens. Downstairs, the spacious lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished and has a dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends. In the living area there is also a convertible sofa bed and a traditional wood-burning stove, enhancing the cosy, homely atmosphere. The well equipped kitchen has a range of modern amenities and there is a spacious L-shaped bathroom/laundry room which comes complete with an old fashioned, free-standing bath. The two bedrooms, upstairs are simple but comfortably furnished, and both are a spacious enough to accommodate a cot. Outside, there is a terrace with a large outdoor BBQ and sitting area, and across a pathway, the small, outdoor swimming pool 6 x 3m,is set in pretty gardens, well-stocked with trees and flowers.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
wir haben einen wunderbaren, sehr individuellen 14tägigen Urlaub gehabt. Das Haus ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Schöne gepflegte Außenanlagen, ein eigener Pool, Grillplatz, und man wird durch nichts gestört. In der Umgebung liegen viele schöne Ziele, die man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut erkunden kann.
