This exceptionally modern, spacious, and light-filled home boasts a spectacular ocean-front location. It has direct access to Ocean Beach, with just a few small steps over the sand dune to enjoy a family-friendly patrolled beach. You can enjoy the uninterrupted ocean views from the spacious open-plan living space, or the ocean-front outdoor deck, with a dining area and sun lounges.
The main property has 3 bedrooms, with an additional 2 bedrooms in the back cabin. Beachfront on The Esplanade will comfortably sleep a total of 11 people (with a maximum of 8 adults), making it perfect for a few families or an extended family holiday. There are multiple living areas, both indoors and out, so there is plenty of space for everyone.
In the main house, you will find a large master suite, with a queen bed, a comfortable sitting area, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the courtyard. The other bedrooms in the main house have a queen, and a tri-bunk (double + single). The main house has a bright and modern bathroom, with a shower and bath, and the cabin ensuite also has a bath.
The open plan living and dining space opens out onto the huge outdoor deck, with a dining area, BBQ, and sun loungers with ocean views. You can enjoy the beach from the deck, without getting your feet sandy! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SPA IS NOT IN USE.
