Feel rested and at peace when you stay in this rustic and chic cabin called the Lazy Larch. A self-contained 230sq. ft. that is loaded with cozy charm and warmth. The Lazy Larch is situated in the middle of a small field with views of the pond back by a tamarck forest with views of beautiful sunsets off the covered deck. Cross country ski, snowshoe or walk the 2 to 5 km loops of trails in the winter months. Our resident chickens provide fresh farm eggs for breakfast and we supply the coffee and tea. The galley kitchen boasts all the amenities with full fridge, gas stove with oven, microwave and coffee maker and all the cookware you may need.
Bring your fishing rod and try your luck at the stocked trout pond or just sit and relax on the cuddle couch with a good book. Firepits and wood available for wonderful marshmallow roasts! Just 6 kms from Rocky Mountain House and a short drive to Beautiful Abraham lake and the community of Nordegg! Crimson Lake is just 15mins away for boating, paddle boarding and lovely beaches. There are so many places to explore in the back country on horseback and we offer a great place to bring your horse and over night to day trip or for local clinics. Come stay and play with us here at the Twisted Ski BnB in the Beautiful Rocky Mountain House area!

Great Stay
A great little get away. Accomadations are extremly comfortable and well laid out with everything you need for a great stay. The farm fresh eggs were a real treat. Location gives you great access to visit the David Thompson area to enjoy foothills, rivers and lakes.

Beautiful 'bunkie' in a peaceful spot with excellent hosts. Our 1st time fishing we didn't catch anything but we will be back with a little better equipment;) We highly recommend the Twisted Ski!

Cute and cozy!
This place didn't disappoint! It's a truly unique get-away. The tiny house had everything we needed including fresh flowers and farm eggs! They even booked us in very last minute on the long weekend. Very accommodating and kind!
