Brilliant hotel - you get what you pay for. Lovely reception staff, nice rooms, amazing breakfast, good snacks in the bar. Pool looked good but we didn’t have time to use it. Easy parking probably easier to just walk to universal - it’s very close. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Good hotel but pricey for food and drinks. If you want to have access to convenience stores this is not the place to stay. Nice pool. Hot tub too small for the number of guests and the “no children” Rule for the jacuzzi not enforced at all. Great location for universal studios tho and free shuttle was nice. Rooms clean and well appointed
