The room was nice, facility was nice but had bad odor of a skunk smell throughout 2nd floor hallway, Was not informed about parking passes they were just put in with key cards, not enough luggage racks available to help with transporting luggage to and from vehicle. Loved the room and view of the pool and balcony

I was totally disappointed with the conditions no ice in machines no housekeeping Daily didn't supply enough linen daily never asked if we needed anything they didn’t even clean the bathroom not enough shower essentials no continental breakfast no tea in the room I just felt they didn’t care stains on carpet floor I will never stay there again

The room was comfortable but a little worn. The bed and pillows were quite good and the room was clean. There is some renovation work going on which will make the property more appealing. The breakfast and coffee is not free and only consists of a small selection of some items on a cart. There are no hot items. We did sleep well and the room was clean. We did expect more of a breakfast for what we paid.

Hotel was nice, the only thing that got us worried was the multiple signs outside in the parking lot to make sure nothing be left inside the vehicles, it made it feel very unsafe

The hotel was being painted and had put up a thick plastic sheet over the window for privacy. This had the effect of making the room effectively windowless. This should have been pushed out to the booking sites--and I'd have offered something, e.g. free cookies as a token of recognition of the inconvenience. There wasn't any breakfast, just a plate with an unappetizing looking bagel available for purchase. When I'd asked about breakfast, I was told 7 to 10. The person might have told me that they were referring to the availability of a plate for purchase--and I'm not sure why it would be cut off at 10 anyway. The staff was not particularly welcoming. The parking required putting a card with a handwritten date on the dashboard, which required trudging back out to the car after checkin.
