I've never stayed in a capsule hotel and I loved it. Aircon, Bluetooth, mood lighting and the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.

The stay was okay. They upgraded me, which was nice, but they really need to stay organized and check their records before accusing people. I booked and paid for 2 nights at check-in, yet the next day, one of the front desk men claimed I hadn't paid for the second night. It was confusing and awkward, but thankfully I had asked for a printed receipt at check-in to prove my payment. The whole situation felt awkward and disrespectful. Aside from that, the location was decent and the beds were very comfy.

Place is noisy people don’t take the time to hold the doors and they make noise. Also my room was on the first floor, the windows with view of the street and I could hear people walking by at night. So if you don’t get into a deep state of sleep, just keep that in mind.

Very basic hotel
The hotel was modern, clean and superficially attractive. The staff were friendly and helpful. But many of the basic services you expect from a hotel were non-existent. I stayed for 4 nights, but my room was serviced only once, including providing clean towels. There was a large modern tv, but no tv channels (!). Apparently the TVs were put in because it is a requirement of the local authority that hotels provide TVs, but they don't have to provide channels. The staff were quite open about this. Catering is provided by a separate company and was excellent.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant stay
Our stay at citybox Antwerp was nothing short of exceptional. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean, enough blankets and towels. The lobby had a well equipped kitchen..all in all great experience
