Overall my stay was amazing … However for the price and hidden fees, I shouldn’t have had to worry about bugs being in my room or stains on the blankets and sheets I’m thankful that I brought my own just in case .

I got done from Uber, had 3 bags ,requested for help from the guys standing , and they said take the cart .Even wifi did not work , no reception no to call , came down , complained and it started .Hot water not working in shower . I got talking with my Uber driver ,and was told that if she is bringing anyone to Sheraton , no help whatever with bags , even with elderly people .

There were tons of imperfections around the room and I was disappointed because I thought it was going to be a much higher standard. Our room did not go below 70F despite the fan running all night and cool temperatures outside. There was also a shelf in the shower that is in the way of closing the curtain. Good for staying a night or two but was disappointed in the work quality around the room.
