Google Maps made it hard to get to valet parking, when we got there - although we couldn’t easily park - all the valet spots were full, the valet parking staff was still supportive and tried to direct us quickly to be able to check in and park as efficiently as possible.

Slightly Outdated
Pretty outdated, the panels in the elevator were falling apart. Room sheets were stained with something. Entry to the hotel could be better as we had some man follow us in the hotel and hop in the elevator without using his keycard to get to a floor and instead got off on our floor so we stayed behind. Service was great though!

Situated near all the spots in CLT uptown.
A quick trip to CLT for a Chelsea FC v. Real Madrid friendly . Situated within walking distance to the event as well as museums, great restaurants, it's ideally placed within the city. Our front desk person allowed us to check-in early which helped us greatly. Clean room and the heavenly mattress, a Westin calling card. Only con was that they were going thru some refurb. Otherwise, we would visit again.
