The streetcar is right outside the hotel making it easy to get around town. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Third time staying here and still enjoyed even without the homemade breakfast. Loved the convenience of nearby trolley an Hop on Off bus two blocks away. Free parking for guests is another plus. Jasmine and rest of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Felt fairly safe in the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this quaint hotel. The staff were knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. Our room was delightful, clean, and big enough for 4 young ladies, who definitely benefited from the 2 sinks. We also loved the atmosphere and felt safe in our surroundings, especially with the parking provided behind the locked iron gate. If you are in the area be sure to stay for a spell, and enjoy a cup of coffee!

The hotel was very nice it seemed to be a little dated, but still nice. The secure parking in back was good and the service was good.

this was my first time going to New Orleans and it definitely hit this hotel was perfect. It was beautiful because it was so vintage breakfast was included. I did not enjoy it that much because it was microwavable stuff. Other than that. It has a very nice restaurant. attached location was pretty convenient for us even though we had to drive but it wasn't a long drive and parking was included. It was full. We had to park outside, but there was always guards outside watching. Very good.

I really enjoyed this property. Safe gated parking for cars. The only con I had was the plumbing in the rooms, we were later told they have bad pipes. However, they gave us a plumber and it was okay.

Beautiful hotel in excellent location at a reasona
The St. Charles is a beautiful inn in the heart of the Garden District. The room is lovely and spacious. Parking is secure just behind the hotel. Housekeeping was terrific. The only thing slightly inadequate was the breakfast. Bread and bagels could be toasted, but there was no jam or honey. Not a deal breaker, though! The price was more than reasonable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
