The villa is immersed in the countryside in a panoramic position and offers an infinity pool. Inside the furnishings give a touch of modernity highlighting the typical finishes of the Le Marche farmhouse. Guests can benefit of equipped areas for al fresco dining, enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
The villa is on the first floor accessible via an external staircase and is set on two levels. The first floor consists of a large living room-kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor there is an area with a French sofa bed, two single beds and a toilet. An additional pouf bed can be added in the living room. A toilet is present in the pool area.

Nice and rustic house
The house is well built and keeps cool even during very hot days. It has a nice rustic style and good quality. Francesca was very nice and helpful and responded quickly to our questions. She also came and cleaned both the house and the pool during our stay.
