Reasonable but does not cater for vegetarians.
The hotel is fine, rooms clean and comfortable. Our booking for two single beds hadn’t been passed to the hotel so we were told we had to have a double. I made it clear this wasn’t acceptable so they separated the beds, meaning a 10 minute wait, but the right result in the end. We needed to leave early for a running event but were told that we couldn’t have breakfast until 0830. It turned out that this was because of another group. The second day, the menemen (eggs dish) had sucuk (sausage) in it. This is NOT normal for menemen. When I explained that we were vegetarian and asked if plain eggs or menemen without sausage was possible I was told no. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable but I get the impression that they deal with group bookings and just fill rooms ad hoc through Hotels.com. They were not interested in accommodating our (not unreasonable) requests.

Sezon dışı olması sebebiyle hazır bir otel değildi. Oda düzensiz ve pis görünüyordu. Klimanın odayı ısıtması konusunda sıkıntı vardı. Tek akşam konakladığımız için sabretmek istedik. Ancak sezon dışı konaklamalarda fiyatı öncelememiz gerektiğine bir kez daha emin oldum. Düşük fiyat düşük konfor demek. Bir daha tercih etmem

Toprak ana odası harika bir deneyim.
Hotel Kapadokya konseptine çok uygun. Biz mağara odada kaldık. Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Resepsyonist Onur Bey güler yüzlü hizmetiyle çok yardımcı oldu. Tek eksi tarafı restoran kısmındaki kediler. Sürekli üstünüzdeler ve hemen her yiyeceğe dokunuyorlar. Kahvaltı fena değil. Fiyat olarak çok uygun olduğu için bu fiyata bu hizmet gayet güzel.

Otelin konumu, eski bir Rum Köyü. Tarih kokuyor. Ama genel olarak köy biraz bakımsız. Otelin yeri köyün en dip kısmında. Sakin sessiz bir lokasyon fakat nefes darlığı astım veya merdiven çıkma probleminiz varsa biraz zorlayacak bir mimarisi var. Tarihi bir köy binasında da asansör bekleyemeyiz. Sadece bilin diye söyledim. Otel, kot farkı olan bir yamaca kurulu. Balkondan vadi manzarası harika

Yarı kapalı cezaevi odası
Odada telefon çekmiyor, wifi çekmiyor, o minik oyuncak tv de yayın yoktu. Kendimi cezaevinde hissettim. Lavabonun altından su akıyor banyoya ve klozetin çevresi küçük sevimli bir göl. Kahvaltıda verilen yemekler kaliteli markalar ve yeterli ancak herşey buz gibi. Çalışanlar çok iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlüydü, bizi mutlu eden tek konu çalışanlardı onlara çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Fiyat performans bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. Çalışanları çok ilgili. Biz sadece 1 gece konaklama için tercih ettik. İlgili kişi 1:30’a kadar bizi bekledi. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Otel güzel dizayn edilmiş ama çok bakımzız kalmış. İnternet üzerinden paylaşılan fotoğraflar ile odanın hijyeni temizliği çok farklı özellikle jakuzili oda şeçtim ama maalesef okadar bakımsız ve kötü durumda temiz olmamasından kaynaklı jakuzi duş WC yi hiç kullanmadım. Buraya verdiğim ücretin yarı fiyatına öğretmen evi polis evi gibi yerlerde daha hijyenik koşullarda kalabilirdim. Pişman oldum bu otele gittiğime. Lavabolara kulak çöpü bile konulmamış tuvalet havluları değiştirilmemiş minibar bomboştu. havlu yatak örtüleri bile değiştirilmemişti. İnfulunsurların paylaşımlarına aldanıp bu oteli tercih etmeyin paranıza yazık olur. otelde birtane çalışan var onun dışında kimseye görmedim kahvaltı ise serpe kahvaltı yazıyor sitede ama çok basitti hiç hoşumuza gitmedi bi tabağa iki üç parça birşey konulmuştu sadece.

Artium!!!
Otelin mimarisini beğenerek gittik. Gerçekten mimari özellikleri güzeldi. Ancak sahipleri oteli bakımsız bırakmışlar. Sadece bir gayretli ve konuksever çalışanın ilgisi yeterli değil. Otel odamızın kapısı bozuktu,kilitlemek için insanüstü bir gayret gerektiriyordu. TV çalışmıyordu. Tamiri yarın yapılacak denildi ama üç gece kaldık, yapılmadı. Otel yetkilisi odamızı değiştirdi ama gittiğimiz odada da TV çalışmadı. Kahvaltı, sıradan bir pansiyonla yarışacak vasatlıktaydı. Sonuç olarak olumlu bir deneyim ile ayrılmadık.
