Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Good breakfast, comfy bed and nice hot shower. A little far out from downtown if you don’t have a car, but taxis were inexpensive and easy to get.

Friendly and very obliging owners.
Comfortable stay with breakfast. Shampoo and conditioner available.Only distance from city centre is far, have to take a taxi back and forth.

The overall stay was great! Service, cleanliness and all but unfortunately it’s auite far from town which wasn’t bad for us as we love walking but you depend on taxis to come and go otherwise.

A long way out of town
A nice enough place but it is so far out of town that it's not easy to get food etc. It is run very much like an army camp 'hostal' - super clean with lots of rules. You are not allowed to eat in your room but there is nowhere welcoming and comfortable to cook or eat. No way to make a cup of coffee etc.

Very nice owners, far from center!
We didn't end up staying here in the end because it was too far, but the owner was very cool about it, really nice guy. They said it was a 30 minute walk but took well over an hour along the road. Room was average at best, considering the price and options closer to town.

nice price in "Hostería Ailén"
hotel is far away the ushuaia downtown, however, the price is nice in the tourism bloomed season, Ushuaia.(Nov~~ Feb) the condition of "Hostería Ailén" is normal, but the boss is nice guy.

Gentillesse du propriétaire. Nous a accomodé pour notre arrivée avant l'heure prévue ainsi que garder nos bagages pour notre depart en soirée après l'heure de sortie. Propriétaire a même ete nous porter à notre excursion en ville. Rien de negatif sur cet emplacement. Déjeuner adéquat et chambre propre.

A parte de la limpieza de todo, la atención recibida por los dueños fue estupenda. Son muy serviciales y atentos a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. La vista desde nuestra habitación a la ciudad y el Canal Beagle muy bonita.

Estadia muito boa, sr. Antônio e esposa muito atenciosos . Hotelaria muito boa, super limpa. O local não é muito bom, distante do centro da cidade,porém tem condução em frente ao hotel. Custo benefício muito bom. Recomendo.

-weit weg vom Zentrum. In der Nähe keine Restaurants. Duschbrause mangelhaft. Reception nach 24:00 Uhr geschlossen, nur 1 Schlüssel für die Haupttüre vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert nur Teilweise und ist langsam. -Ausflüge können im Hotel gebucht werden. Zimmer sauber.
