The staff are very helpful and they allowed us for a free early check in, which was really important for us aftee a red eye flight, the location is right in the middle of the main avenue and close to the port and luggage drop off. They also have an elevator and sufficient hot water. Highly recommended for its reasonable price.

Nice hotel. Loud street but room was clean and breakfast was good. Unfortunately when I tried to check out, they stated that Expedia never paid them and required a credit card. Now I have been charged twice with no way to dispute the charge. Would only recommend booking here if you don’t have to pay up front.

The service from the concierge desk was excellent, and specifically the service from Ms. Valentina was very helpful. The downtown location is fabulous, the place is clean and well managed, with excellent English speakers. There is a wonderful tourist agency immediately next door, run by Ms. Sol during most days, and a superb restaurant named Chichos about a five-block-walk away

Hotel com excelente localização!
Hotel muito bem localizado, com boas instalações e limpeza impecável. O funcionários sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O ponto negativo fica por conta do café da manhã com poucas variedades. A cama de casal eram 2 de solteiro juntas, perdendo um pouco do conforto.
