This was an excellent property for a family. Staff were delightful and the holiday decorations and service was impeccable. It was SO close to the activities we were planning. I would highly recommend this place if you are anywhere near Utica.

The ladies running the breakfast were amazing. The lobby was filled with kids because of Kidz Bop the previous night and they put on cartoons. She said no one needs news all day every day. They kept things filled and cleaned up with a smile. Total sweetheart the older one. Wish I would have gotten her name

Our family enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. The room was large, and had a full kitchen. We loved having the separate bedroom, 2 televisions, and the layout was great. There was so much space, storage area for luggage, etc. Doing laundry was free, and they even provided laundry soap. The workers were friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. My child loved the free cookies and tasty fruit water. The free breakfast was nice and had fruit, yogurt, hot breakfast sandwiches with King's Bakery sweet bread. Free easy parking. The area was quiet, and peaceful. The area seemed safe, but not sure since we read that Utica is a higher crime area. We would stay again.

This is our second stay here within a year and it is always exciting to stay here. The staff are always so friendly and inviting. The rooms are always clean and we feel very comfortable in them. The lady who does the breakfast is so amazing and always checks in on us. The only negative I have for it is not hotel related but our stay fell on a hockey tournament weekend so it was a sell out for the hotel It was wall to wall kids playing mini sticks and hockey parents taking over the entire place…..not the hotels problem just my own opinion.

Lots of noise all night and as early as 6:30 am maybe if we had a fan we would have slept better. Hotel was great guests were very loud .

Room was typical, flooring & sofa a bit worn. The hallway carpet was very dirty. We heard footsteps (footstomps) from room above all night long.

My family and I stayed here for the world box lacrosse championships. We were at the hotel for 5 night, 6 days. The breakfast options were mostly the same, but they did change up the hot food options every other day. We used the bbq, and fire table that was awesome. Staff were amazing, very friendly. Would/will stay there again if I'm ever back in Utica, NY.
