Good distance from Cádiz beach and Seville
Property ok. There is no oven only electric hob, the light on the swimming pool needed fixing which Jose probably did when requested, also the TV was having some antena issues and the image would come and go even after Antonio tried to fix it . Unfortunately there is a really loud noise from a busy road just behind the house, that was a bit upsetting as we wanted some peace and quiet. The fridge gives you electric shock if you touch the side. The house does have air conditioning witch is a bonus .The swimming pool is nice and big but the wind brings a lot of insects to the water so needs constantly cleaning with the net. Overall the house will do the job for a week if you are not too picky , is close to 2 main villages and Seville is half an hour away also Cádiz beach is very close , only one hour away. Antonio is a wonderful owner but the house needs upkeeping and updating.

Vacaciones estupendas
Todo se ajusta perfectamente al anuncio. Hemos estado 15 dias en agosto y se estaba muy a gusto con la piscina y el vientito que hace no se notaba tanto calor. La casa tiene muchas sombras estrategicamente puestas. Los propietarios tambien muy atentos.

Hemos pasado 15 días sencillamente increíbles. 
La casa está muy bien cuidada, gracias a los árboles es una casa fresca y bien ventilada (pero que también tiene un potente aire acondicionado por si se necesita).
Tiene un jardín precioso con una gran y cuidadísima piscina.
 Es absolutamente recomendable para aquellas personas y/o familias que les guste estar en un entorno natural rodeado de cientos de olivos, almendros y animales.
Tienen ovejas, gallinas, patos y unos espectaculares caballos con los que puedes interactuar con libertad.
 Jose Antonio, el propietario, es encantador. Es una persona honesta y que se desvive para que la estancia sea perfecta, ayudándote en todo lo que necesitas. Le apasiona lo que hace y contagia su entusiasmo por la vida en el campo.
 Hay que hacer caso 100% a sus recomendaciones y así conocerás la zona con toda su esencia.
 Álvaro, su hijo, no puede ser mejor persona. Lleva el mantenimiento del día a día de la finca, tanto de la casa como del cuidado de los animales y entorno.
 Ha dejado que nuestro hijo de 7 años le ayudase a cuidar de los animales y de verdad que no ha podido ser más feliz.
 Además, le ha impartido clases para aprender a montar a caballo.
 ¡Que más se puede pedir! 
Y no me olvido de su mujer Marga y su hija Victoria…. Un 10!!!!

 Han sido unas vacaciones increíbles y nos ha dado mucha pena decir adiós, pero ha sido una suerte haber podido disfrutar de esta magnífica casa, entorno y familia. Gracias de corazón

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Mes enfants ont beaucoup aime allé voir les animaux de la ferme et ainsi que faire la balade à cheval . Que dire de la maison ? Excellente, tout est conforme aux photos. La piscine est superbe, sans vis à vis et en plus le fils du propriétaire venait la nettoyer régulièrement en toute discrétion. Monsieur José Antonio est une personne aimable, simple et sympathique, mais dommage à cause de mon langage pauvre en espagnol je n'ai pu trop discuter avec lui. L'environnement est très apaisant et l'endroit et très bien situé. En plus de l'Andalousie, vous pouvez aller visiter le Portugal qui est à 2 heures de route et ainsi que Gibraltar qui est à 2 heures également. Merci beaucoup à Monsieur José Antonio ainsi qu'a son fils, nous avons passé une semaine de rêve.

Des vacances au grand air
Nous avons passé d'exellentes vacances avec ma famille. L'annonce est tout à fait conforme. La maison avec piscine privative est totalement sans vis à vis. Elle se situe en pleine campagne entourée d'oliviers, mais à 10 - 15 min vous avez les centres ville d'Utrera, Los Palacios et Dos Hermanas avec tous les commerces et centre commerciaux des grandes villes :) Les enfants ont aimés aller voir les chevaux et les animaux sur le domaine, vous pourrez même avoir des oeufs frais avec de la chance, n'hesitez pas à demander à Jose Antonio :) Jose Antonio a été trés disponible quand nous en avions besoin. La piscine est nettoyée trés souvent, un grand merci au fils de Jose Antonio. La piscine est ideal pour les enfants et les adultes. Convient parfaitement pour les familles avec enfants. Aucune crainte pour la voiture ou les enfants. Site totalement privatif. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Vraiment rien n'à dire. Nous a bons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ! Très propre, bien équipée. Nous étions tranquille pour la baignade ! Ma piscine est hyper bien sécurisée et nettoyée assez souvent ! Les propriétaires sont adorables ! Disponibles en cas de besoin ! À très bientôt pour de prochaines vacances ! :)

Très bon accueil, piscine au top très bien entretenue, les enfants peuvent allez voir les chevaux,poules, etc.... Le propriétaire est disponible pour toute aide ou recommandation de restaurants, produits locaux . Nous gardons un bon souvenir et reviendrons.

Notre petite famille a passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. Le paysage est splendide. José et sa famille nous ont très bien accueilli. Les enfants ont passé des supers moments avec les animaux (chevaux, chèvres, poules) La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Nous sommes restés trois semaines et la piscine était régulièrement nettoyée, et surtout en toute discrétion. Nos têtes sont pleines de beaux souvenirs. Merci à José et sa famille.

Wunderbarer Urlaub für Familien mit Kindern
Es ist eine kleine schöne Finca mit einem großen, gepflegten Pool. Der Pool ist auf dem sichtgeschützten Grundstück, zur alleinigen Nutzung und sogar durch einen Zaun abgegrenzt, so dass Eltern mit kleinen Kindern ihren Kaffee genießen können und die Kinder im Garten spielen ohne, dass die Gefahr besteht, dass sie in den Pool fallen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und herrlich grün. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und einen romantischen Schattenplatz am Pool. Das Haus ist sauber. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden einmal die Woche vom Vermieter gewechselt. Das ist ein großartiger Service für ein Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank dafür! In der Küche gibt es das Nötigste, um zu kochen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und war ausreichend für die Räumlichkeiten. Dieser Urlaubsort bietet den idealen Ort, um Ausflüge zu starten, z.B. nach Sevilla oder an die Küste, da er nah an der Autobahn liegt. Manchmal hat man diese auch gehört. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind geritten und konnten die Tiere des Hofes jeder Zeit füttern und den Nachwuchs bestaunen. Auch durften wir Mandeln von den Bäumen pflücken. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, weil wir herzlich empfangen wurden und bei Rückfragen immer eine Antwort bekamen und gleichzeitig waren wir auf unserem Grundstück sehr privat und konnten unser Familienleben genießen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und unsere nette Begleitung beim Reiten!

Les photos sont bien contractuelles, calme dans la propriété, Juan est très sympa dommage que nous n'avions pas de moyen de communiquer (Juan ne parlant qu'espagnol et nous français et anglais), tout est à disposition comme décrit l'annonce un petit coin de paradis

Très belle villa au calme et près de seville
Nous avons était reçu par José Antonio, mrs très gentil et accueillant. La villa est conforme au photos, propre et surtout au calme sans vis à vis. Très belle prestation, je vous la conseille vivement. Je reviendrai l'année prochaine c'est sur !!! 😉 Un grand merci au propriétaire qui a sû être présent.

A small oasis in an olive yard
If you love a small oasis in a more remote place this is a lovely place to stay. Only 15 minutes driving from Sevilla and other highlights in this area. Great host, very friendly. If you want a horse ride of lesson this is also possible. We enjoyed it.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument délicieuse. José Antonio accompagné de son ami Emmanuel nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et en Français. Le lieu, la maison, la piscine correspondent aux photos et descriptions fournis. Les amoureux des chevaux seront charmés. En effet les 4 chevaux de José et Emmanuel sont visitables à tout moment de la journée. Les poules fournissent le petit déjeuner et le mouton mascotte aime les caresses. José s'investit beaucoup dans l'entretien du domaine et veille à chaque détail. Seul au coeur des 6hectares d'oliviers les enfants s'en sont donnés à coeur joie.
