ゆいの森やLRTの開通などに合わせるかのように、比較的最近できたホテル、そのため設備が新しく小綺麗です。掃除も担当者名が明記されており、責任の所在が明らかで他のホテルと比べても行き届いている。また、大浴場に癒される。たいていのホテルは、室外バスローブはNGだが、ホテル備え付けの部屋着で、食堂や浴場へと行き来可能のため、館内では終始リラックスして過ごせる。 宇都宮駅からは遠いが、LR Tの森駅から100メートル程度しか離れておらずの、街そのものが発展しており、宇都宮駅前と変わらぬ便利さである。 駐車場が無料な点も良い。某大手自動車メーカーの研究所にも最寄りであり、宇都宮駅から通うよりもタイムパフォーマンスが良いと思われる。

金曜日から一泊でお世話になりました。 大浴場がとても広くて綺麗でした。 ほぼ貸し切りでのんびり入浴出来ました。 ツインのお部屋でしたが、ゆったり過ごす事が出来て、 快適な一晩を過ごしました。 ありがとうございました。
