Ideal für Familien und Freunde. Ein Auto ist nötig , um einkaufen und essen zu gehen. Marisa war jederzeit gut erreichbare per WhatsApp, Tipps für Aktivitäten sind vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren 10 und hatten gut Platz.Die Zimmer sind individuell , liebevoll eingerichtet , mit grossen Schränken . Herrlich ruhig,Meeresrauschen im Ohr, sehr privat. Stefanie "

"We loved everything about our stay at Villa Le Zagare: the gorgeous views, the sunsets, the swimming pool, the tennis court, the luscious garden and the spacious air conditioned rooms. Maurizio, our host, was wonderful and very responsive and made us feel welcome and at home. As for the location, I came to realize after a couple of days that we were incredibly lucky to have found this beautiful villa in a part of Sicily that is less touristy while at the same time very close to a lot of great sites. We loved visiting Milazzo, Messina, Taormina from the Villa and discovering some fairly uncrowded beaches close by. The beach at the end of the road was our to go beach for a morning swim. As for the noise from the road behind the house, while it took a little getting used to at the beginning, we soon got used to it and let the charm of this very special place completely captivate us, embracing the beauty it had to offer. "I wanted to thank those who worked here, especially the lady who spoke English at the front desk. We were very out of our comfort zone. My mother had just come out of 7 days in an Italian hospital with no English. The cleaning ladies help us feel very welcome. They are super lovely towards us. Even though there was a language barrier. The restaurant staff should be promoted as managers as the waiters and waitresses tried very hard to give good service. Managers at the time needed to be fired."

"We stayed in Residence dei Margi 3 nights. The staff was great especially Tony who was very helpful and assisted all our requests. We had 2 bedrooms suite with a terrace next to the pool. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It included a small kitchen, dishwasher and a washing machine. Very convinent for family of 4-6. The pool was great with nice views. Parking is free. The area also offered few nice restaurants and 20 min drive from Messina which is nice city in Sicily. We drove thru the south of Italy and took the ferry to Messina. Highly recommend the drive due beautiful scenery along the road. While staying in the residence sei Margi, we visited Syracuse, Catania and Taoromina. All beautiful touristic sites. Driving in Sicily is generally easy but when you get inside the little towns with small roads, it gets challenging. Make sure you are confident with your driving skills before renting a car. However, Sicily in general is driveable compared to Amalfi coast where we spent a week before thay. I dont recommend dricing there."
