There was bed bugs, we tried calling the front desk for more pillows and blankets and phone did not work we called the main line and were told we have to come to front desk and ask for them.

The room overall was clean but the lobby and hallways were so uncomfortably warm. To stand and wait for breakfast was just way too warm. There were tower fans on chairs and it was quite unbearable.
