"Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier."

"The property manager, Chantal, was extremely helpful throughout, always responding quickly to any questions before and during our visit. The property itself was spacious and homely with plenty of room for our party of 6, each couple was able to have their own bedroom. We all loved the new pellet wood burning stove which kept the apartment lovely and warm. This was one of the best equipped chalet's in which we have stayed, especially with regards to the kitchen. There was even a boot warming cupboard in the chalet and outside, lockable storage for skis. The slopes and Plein Sud chair lift are very close by. It's a 15 minute uphill walk into the town centre, but only 10 minutes on the way back."

"** Relaxing ** Staff very helpful ** excellent facilities ** simple exit to ski area We used the Spa for relaxing massage. Leah was such a professional host and I felt great after her massage. I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5* hotel and gave a 5* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. Also a good idea to have salt and pepper on the tables instead of having to keep asking for them. This wouldn't stop me returning. Beautiful hotel and staff. "
