"Everything was as expected in the condo, except for heating. There were 3 space heaters, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. They worked very well, but left the rest of the condo chilly. We were surprised at the mention of a possible extra charge for overuse of electricity. Hopefully we won’t get one!All in all, a great condo in a lovely location. Be sure to do the Seven Hanging Valleys trail - spectacular!!"

"I liked using this hotel as my base for many activities. I could walk to the beginning of the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail in about ten minutes by heading east. The views are spectacular. I could walk ten minutes west to get to an excellent place for breakfast or lunch "Earth Shop and Cafe." We had a car so we could also do outings, for example, Praia Nova (for the beach and the lovely chapel on the cliffs), and Silves for the castle and the storks by the river as you enter the town. "

"Great spot. After a ton of cities and flights, I was burnt out and needed some rest. This was the perfect spot. Comfortable bed, solid bar, awesome breakfast. Quiet. The hot tub was out of order but the bath was a solid replacement. Staff is great, too. "

"Beautiful little home right on the sea. So many advertise sea view, this home is truly on the sea with beautiful views from the windows as well as rooftop terrace. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire stay was wonderful, from the home to location, and host, it was everything we could ask for and more! Thank you! We hope to be back next year."
