Entourée de 4 hectares de pruniers que vous pouvez déguster à votre guise pendant la saison, cette maison est un véritable havre de paix. L'intérieur a été restauré avec goût.
La maison est spacieuse. Au rez-de-chaussée, se trouve une chambre parent avec salle de bain et baignoire, une seconde chambre avec lit double, une salle de bain avec douche et wc, une cuisine toute équipée et un spacieux séjour/salon avec un coin chambre avec lit double.
Dans le jardin, tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre et passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis: barbecue, piscine privée, meubles de jardin en teck (transats, tables, chaises, parasols,...), palmiers, cerisier...
Le site est très agréable, complètement isolé et permet de décompresser. Il y a un village avec une supérette à 3km et à 10km un supermarché. Possibilité de visiter les alentours. La région est vallonnée avec de très beaux villages médiévaux: Penne d'Agenais, Montaigu-de-Quercy, Tournon d'Agenais.
Le batiment à côté de la maison est une grange, ce n'est pas une autre habitation.
La maison et la piscine ne sont pas partagés. On y accède par un chemin privé.
Situé à 50 km de Cahors dans le Tarn et Garonne.
Idéal pour faire des promenades à pieds et vélo.
