Vermieter unzuverlässig..! Rechtzeitig gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Bei Ankunft war Vermieter nicht erreichbar. Nach vielen versuchen telefonisch und per App, haben wir die Agentur abgerufen. Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit, Rückzahlung schnell erhalten. Dann aber kurzfristig Unterkunft suchen und das doppelte bezahlen
