Very noisy room
The room was not sound isolated at all. Especially from the upstairs room. I could hear every footsteps, every door, every drawer opened. Terrible. The sound from the cars from the street outside was also very loud since the balcony door was not isolated. And sound from neighbors through the wall. Impossible to get a solid night's sleep.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location, a big mall is next street and you are next to the bus station if needed. Also there’s a metro stop two streets away. The rooms are simple and the staff very nice. It’s a good option if you are visiting the city

Great hotel for a large group stay
We stayed as a large group on a trip to play a veterans football game. The hotel was very good for catering for a large group and very reasonably priced compared to some of the alternatives. The breakfast was excellent. Not sure if any of us were up to the help yourself Cava for breakfast though ! The location was very handy for the airport which a 15 minute cab ride or easy underground trip. It was right next to the river park as well. It was a little bit further out of the centre of town than we would have liked and there was nothing open near the hotel later on. Still only a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is super nice and welcoming. The restaurant they have in the lobby is really good! Super convenient location since we were able to either walk to everywhere we wanted to go or had a bus stop close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star but more like a 2 star.The room was very hot, the AC didn’t work and there was no fridge or a kettle in the room. It’s well overpriced for what it is.

Hotel was nice, good breakfast options, bed was comfy, close to metro links within the city. I was on the 10th floor, wifi kept crashing and was pretty slow up there, hotel/room was expensive for what it was, no fridge in room, basic rooms. I have paid far less for more. There was previous guests long hair strands in the bath tub.

Disappointing
This is an incredibly outdated hotel. No updates have happened in decades it seems. Old style, old furnishings. Balcony door didn't lock. They wouldn't let me check in early. I understand that it isn't always possible but at least offer to contact me when my room is ready. They just said come back at 3pm. I sat in the lobby and watched others be checked in before 3pm. I wanted to grab coffee and maybe some toast from the onsite restaurant and they said it was either the full buffet at 18 Euros or nothing at all. Where is the service mentality? The cleaning staff were also very slow and/or disorganised. I put my please clean this room hanger on my door and came back 4 hours later and no cleaning. I then had to leave for another 2 hours so that I didn't get in their way. Even after all that, they were still cleaning when I got back. If the signs don't mean anything to the team, don't have them. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
