This location is at the heart of Valencia , with shopping and restaurants steps away. After hours it was very quiet although the hotel was fully booked. Comfortable beds , black out shades, good shower pressure and fully functioning air conditioning was all we needed to get a great nights sleep and head out to the train station just a few blocks away. Jero was very informative and patient with all our questions and requests . Highly recommended

Hotel simples, mas com excelente localização
O hotel é simples, mas a localização é fabulosa! Da para ir a pé a todos os pontos turísticos do Centro. O quarto é limpo e confortável. O único fato que nao gostei é que a portaria fica fechada no horário da siesta e à noite. Como fui sozinha, me senti um pouco insegura.

Ottima posizione e notevole la presenza del bidet (per nulla scontato). Camera essenziale due letti grandi. Essenziale, mero appoggio per dormire. Incomprensibili fastidiosi rumori notturni provenienti forse da lavatrici o condizionatori. Nel complesso il rapporto costo/servizio ci può stare. Se dovessi tornare a Valencia potrei riprenderlo in considerazione.

Nel complesso giudizio positivo. Camera con balconcino piccolina e ben tenuta, arredata molto semplicemente, con bagno con doccia soddisfacentemente ampia. Pulizie e cambio biancheria giornaliero. Peccato per il personale che non parla italiano ma alla fine ci si capisce. Unica pecca la sistemazione non rispondente a quanto richiesto alla prenotazione. Infatti sebbene abbia prenotato la tipologia di camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale o due singoli,ampiamente disponibile, (di costo maggiore rispetto alla doppia con lettini singoli}, con richiesta specifica di letto matrimoniale, mi è stata assegnata una camera con due lettini singoli e non mi è stata cambiata nonostante la mie rimostranze, adducendo la mancata disponibilità, invitandomi eventualmente ad unire i lettini. Anche Expedia a cui ho mandato immediatamente reclamo mi ha risposto evasivamente.
