We enjoyed our five night stay here. The room was modern, extremely clean, spacious and had a kitchenette which was convenient. The bed was firm and comfortable. Alberto the front desk manager is professional, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our conversations with Alberto each day. All of the employees at the front desk were also friendly. The property is located in the old town and restaurants, tapas bars and shops are in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Valencia.

The minute we got there we noticed a horrible sewage smell. We brought it up to management. They said that it was because they had had rain and couldn’t do anything about it. They offered us a spray no other rooms available.. for compensation we were offered one drink at the sister hotel down the road.. I would have preferred another room to one drink. The room itself was nice. The bathroom was big, but the shower was barely big enough to stand while taking a shower. The second day we had no hot water. We had to shower with freezing cold water. We did purchase the breakfast option for €19 a piece. It was not worth it. The selections were horrible. The fruit looked old dried or frozen. I’m not sure but it was not worth what we paid.

Convenient area to stay in
It is in what I think is a conservation area, so only certain types of taxis can come in. We didn't know and the taxi from the airport had to drop us a few hundred metres away as it was not allowed to turn onto the street where the hotel is. We had to pull our suitcases and find the hotel, which is a little hidden. However, that aside, the hotel is great! The rooms are very clean and very modern. One of the nicer rooms we've stayed in for this trip. It is also in a very convenient location for you to walk around and get to the main attractions, food and drink. In addition, Evi and Andres who were working when we checked in were extremely helpful and friendly. We were kind of hoping to extend another day but unfortunately the rooms were all booked out. I think we may have to come back from another visit. If you're staying there, check out La Moma which is a restaurant about a minute's walk away for some really good food. If you're looking for great tapas, then go to Boatella tapas which is less than a 10 min walk away.

In the heart of the centre. Didn’t like that we couldn’t control the air conditioning. Had to be done by the front desk. I would also suggest you don’t stay in room 002 or 003. Next door to the gym and it’s quite noisy when someone is working out. Plus smells like the rubber floor

The location is absolutely perfect for the old town - you couldn’t be any closer to the main sights. We were worried about noise but our room was so quiet that we didn’t hear anyone or anything and had the best night’s sleep. The hotel is fairly new and the cleaning team keep the rooms spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, great design, lovely staff…. What’s not to like?! Highly recommended.

A gem in a jewelled city

One of the finest hotels we have ever stayed at... A beautifully designed room with a very calming organic aesthetic... If I could live there I would! Customer service was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and very helpful in calling taxis right up to the front door... One of the best restaurants in Valencia is just 50 ft from the hotel front door!
