Apartment is located on Valentia Island in South Kerry and is 7 minutes drive to Knightown and 5 minutes drive to the beautiful Village of Portmagee. This Apartment is newly renovated to a high clean modern style which is cosy and welcoming and is a separate and independent apartment to my home . It is located in the countryside overlooking Portmagee Channel which is breathtaking to relax and enjoy a nice break away.It is ideal for people visiting the Skelligs and for walkers exploring South Kerry and the Kerry way. The Apartment is cosy, clean and modern and has all amenities for a comfortable stay including all kitchen utensils, microwave, cooker, & oven, fridge, tea/ coffee facilities, wi fi, Oil heating, electric shower. Towels and linen also supplied .Meter for oil and electricity is read on guests arrival and read when guests are departing so will be charged for what guests use. ( just note to bring cash with you for this charge or any other holiday expenses you may have as closest Bank ATM is 15 miles away) .

I Love hosting and getting the opportunity to meet so many different people from all around the world It is a joy to be a host. Super Ausgangspunkt für Iveragh
Es ist ein kleines Cottage hinter einem Haus der Vermieter, aber komplett unabhängig. Lage sehr schön auf Valentia Island, ca. 5km bis zum Festland. Guter Ort um auch ein bisschen länger (~ 1 Woche) zu verweilen. Durch Insellage aber relativ weite Wege z.B. nach Kilkenny o.ä. ACHTUNG: Buchung über Travelnest (TN): hier habe ich schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, da TN zunächst eine Probebuchung auf die Kreditkarte macht und zwar in brit. Pence, dann sperrt Mastercard die Karte, weil sie illegalen Zugriff annehmen. Deshalb besser über Telefon bezahlen, ist zwar umständlich und dauert lange (~ 30 min, wegen Englischproblemen mit z.B. dt. Orten usw.) aber sicherer. Sonst muss man die Karte aufwändig entsperren lassen. Völlig unnötig und unabhängig vom Besitzer des Cottage.
