Very pleasant apartment nicely arranged and functional, on the 2nd floor, not overlooked, head in the pines and palm trees with 2 balconies, 1 of which is 10m2 facing south. Beautiful location facing the 18-hole Valescure golf course. Beautifully composed garden overlooking the swimming pool with deckchairs at your disposal.
The immediate surroundings are favorable:

Un Séjour Idéal dans un Cadre Enchanté
Une communication courtoise et transparente, un accueil chaleureux. L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est entourée de végétation luxuriante, et le parking est sécurisé. Dès le premier jour, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Tout est impeccable. La région mérite absolument le détour, avec ses belles plages, ses ports, ses nombreux restaurants, magasins et supermarchés. Nous souhaitons revenir, alors merci à tous de préserver cet endroit pour les futurs hôtes.

Bel appartement et belle piscine tranquille
superbe appartement, bien aménagé, confortable,bien equipé, une bonne literie manquait juste un ventilateur car grosse chaleur a cette période.un endroit vraiment superbe proche des golfs, un seul gros gros inconvénient l appartement est situé en première ligne et en contrebas a peine a une quinzaine de mètre se situe l avenue des golfs qui est une route nationale assez fréquentée toute la journée par des dizaines et dizaines de véhicules , il est presque impossible par moment de rester sur la terrasse car trop de bruit, et ce n est pas une question de fragilité auditive.c est assez désagréable . je comprends les autres vacanciers avant nous .Nous ne reviendrons pas, je pense.

Globalement positive mais avec quelques point négatifs
Appartement très bien situé dans un parc arboré avec vue sur le golf, dommage que l'avenue des golfs en contrebas soit un axe très passant, avec, en plus en semaine, les allers retours des camions de chantier. Très agréable terrasse où nous pouvons prendre les repas ( dans le bruit ). Très bien équipé ( y compris barbecue ), rien ne manquait. Idéal pour un couple qui se contente d'une literie de 140 car la literie du canapé du séjour est très inconfortable. Un seul jeu de clés nous a été remis ce qui nous a posé des problèmes d'organisation . N'ayant pas les mêmes activités .

Agréable séjour
Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Propreté et commodité sont au rdv. Ainsi que l'amabilité de l'hôte qui nous ont bien expliqué en amont et en aval de notre séjour. J'y ajoute, le lieu est paisible ainsi que l'environnement proche comme le cœur de Saint Raphaël et la plage du débarquement. Si vous aimez la mer c'est "the place to be". Merci Nicole

appartement magnifique, décoré avec gout et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable , au calme et dans un cadre arboré. La piscine est très bien située et la terrasse est très agréable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous avons notamment pu apprécier : - la résidence avec sa très agréable piscine et sa localisation à deux pas des plages et des commerces. La vue magnifique sur le parc boisé et les golfs. - Le logement très bien agencé (on y trouve tout et en très bon état) et décoré avec goût. - Le confort et la qualité des couchages. Copropriété et appartement conformes a nos souhaits. Appartement confortable et très bien équipé. La décoration est de bon goût, on se sent vite à l'aise. La residence se trouve proche des randonnées dans le massif de l ' Estérel
