Divided into 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, there is also TV, air conditioning (in all areas), fireplace and central heating. In addition to the furnished terrace (150m2) with barbecue and private pool (9mx4m / 1.20-1.80m) in the garden, there is enough space for 3 parking spaces, as well as bicycles.


If you travel with a larger group, we can also offer the twin house "Son Galceran Gran", which is right next to it. Thus, comfortably up to 10 people can be accommodated.
While you live in the UNESCO World Heritage area, you are also the neighbour of Michael Douglas in a private and exclusive residential area.
The highlight of the house is definitely the outstanding view, partly to Barcelona.
Added to this is the private hiking trail to the stone bay from the house. The nearest sandy beach (Son Bunyola) is 17.7 km away, the stone beach Cala Deia 10 km. The airport can be reached in 30,2km.
You want to stock up on goodies, in 3.8km you will meet the nearest supermarket. For dining, the nearby restaurant Can Costa or you can try one of the famous "Coca de patata" in the famous bakery in Valldemossa.
No matter if you are sunbather or water rat, nobody can resist this spectacular view. Privacy is simply capitalized here.
