We arrived for check in and walked inside the building. It smelled bad, it looked like an abandoned hotel. We went to check in and get our room keys and the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation. He had another employee help him find it and when they did he looked over and was like “sorry we don’t have any rooms for you, some of the rooms flooded” and we were like what? And he said “we’ll refund your card, but you’re going to have to find somewhere else to stay” we didn’t get any advance notice and he didn’t give any suggestions on where we should go. We ended up driving around for about an hour and a half looking for a hotel to stay at. I’ve never had a bad experience with hotels until this one.

What is advertised on line is nothing what the property is truly like in person.the area is unsafe dirty and the guy on the phone even told us we didnt want to stay there is is truly ghetto and the area is way trashy and ghetto.

Upon arrival my I was told they were sold out. Front desk was drinking, had no shirt on smoking inside the lobby. Dirty parking, cars had windows cracked area was not safe at all. No email, they said just go get your refund!!!

The Motel from HELL
The service was horrible. The room was disgusting. There were lots of roaches and other bugs. Lots of stains on walls and lamp shades. Furniture was damaged. Bed sheets had cigarette burns. The toilet seat was broken. TV didn't work. Lots of drug and prostitution activities. I asked the guy working the reception desk to help fix the TV but he never did anything about it. It was no where near the $180 fee they charged for that horrible night stay. I'd ask for my money back but I'm pretty sure I won't get it back. I truly feel the motel needs to be shut down. I wouldn't wish my worse enemy to stay there HONESTLY.

They could not find a room for me. 5 different rooms and all had issues. TV does not work in any of them. Usually do not complain. Once i settled into the room everything was fine. Thanks.

I reserved a king non-smoking room. They only had a queen room that reeked of tobacco, and was bug infested. I immediately went back to check in to complain. They had no other rooms. They said they would refund me.

Looked like there had been a fight in the hallway - trash strewn around - scary looking people outside hanging around the only entrance - smashed up cars in the parking lot - scary guy in the hallway giving me the stink eye - lock on the door was hanging on - wouldn’t open - desk clerk came up and got the door open - tv was “on” but just static and an error message on screen - no controller and couldn’t turn it off - lamps weren’t working - found out there was no electrical outlets! Desk clerk came back up and I said I wanted my money back - couldn’t stay - she said she understood and told me to go to motel across the street and that the manager would refund my payment tomorrow on line
