Worst experience ever! They are scam , and not only us were experiencing this issue a lot of their guests. I don't know where to start from but here: First when we arrived Room# 5 was where we suppose to stay but restroom was nasty, not cleaned and bugs all over place ( Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches, wall gecko and flies ) not only in restroom but in room too. doors are not well sealed whether bathroom or patio to room. AC were not functioning well too due to the horrible, outdated rooms and not well sealed so AC really wasn't doing any favor, then they transferred us to room# 35 had exactly same issue but not as bad but we experienced even bed bugs and AC won’t start cooling room except around 3-4AM which is extremely bad. and that was for a lot of guests experience throughout the resort as we were asking if we were the only ones experiencing this or not. Second, they say it's all inclusive on their website, but this is a lie and scam. They have very shot menu for breakfast , lunch and dinner and mostly vegetarian food about 6-7 plates to choose from, however on their website says if you want the chef to do something for you they will do it but that was a lie, I kept asking to get shrimp or beef of any kind they wanted to charge me additional money for food and when I said i already paid for all-inclusive that should be covered and one of the managers her name is (Mel S.) when i kept asking I need any type of protein the answer was to pay additional

Love the setting surrounded by the ocean and trees. Love the personal cottages, peaceful and quiet for rest and relaxation. Two pools and easy access to beach. Easy access to transportation and nice dining area with pool.

This resort is absolutely hands down my favorite resort I’ve been to and I’ve been to around 15 around the Caribbean. Food and service were 10*. And the views are to die for. Can’t wait to return!!

We love the staff, they were amazing! No ATM! No room service. No tv. Limited food options! Suites were well appointed and with great views. Electricity went out on our last night and it took one and a half hour to come back. Tried to xall front desk but it went to voice messge immediately.

The all inclusive package had limited items of food. For VIP we had to pay for steak, shrimp and mac and cheese. You had to schedule appointments for lunch and dinner. Entertainment was limited to not much. Drinks were watered down and not tasty. Best part was our view of the Caribbean and leaving resort to explore.

Just got back from Cocobay and I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re on the fence don’t think about it any further and just do it. This resort is absolutely gorgeous with the most perfect views of the ocean. The plunge pool in our room was a huge bonus so I deff recommend booking that. The food at this resort was absolutely top notch. My boyfriend and I didn’t have one thing we didn’t like. It’s a small menu every day that changes so there was plenty variety. The staff was exceptional and made you feel important and very welcomed. This was hands down the best all inclusive resort I’ve ever been to. I’m already trying to think about when I can go back. Thank you Cocobay for giving me on of the best vacations I’ve ever been on.

We had an amazing vacation, very laid back, super relaxing. Stayed in premium room with dipping pool.. used it far more than we had expected. The cottages are rustic island chic, not luxury standard hotel rooms, which is what we loved most. The staff were great, the food was amazing, drinks were deliciously strong! The main pool was great, the lower pool was almost to hot to enjoy. Would highly recommend for couples wanting a laid back, romantic getaway. Oh, and the beach is small but perfect.. clear blue water, bar service. For a public beach, it was not crowded and we were so happy no one bothered us (no solicitors) which we have experienced on other vacations. Overall wonderful time here

Nice quiet property with all private cottages. There's no television, which i would have liked to have known beforehand. A little bit far away from main shops. Staff could be more informative. I had no idea that we could order food to our room and heard some guests had mini bars, but I didn't have the same. Overall staff seems to cater to those that they "think" will give gratuity, which was unfortunate, as I am a generous tipper when given proper service. Will stay at a different location on my next trip.

Cocobay is truly beautiful. The beaches are a short distance from your cottage, clean, with stellar views, and crystal clear water. Even with all of Antigua's beaches being public, the locals were respectable of your space and belongings. There were always enough chairs and umbrellas as we sat on the beach all 7 days we were there with no issues. The food was delicious, however if you are a picky eater this may not be the resort for you. If you book through the resort (we did not, we used Expedia) you get three more options minus the upgrade charge. That would have been important for me to know before booking because the options were a strip steak, a shrimp dish, and another dish that I would have liked to have as an option in case I did not like the 3-4 main dish options that they would have for the night. There is only 1 restaurant. I do wish that there were more food options. Even though the dishes were different, they were always delicious. The cottages were adorable. We stayed in a deluxe ocean view with a plunge pool. We loved our plunge pool we used it everyday honestly. So many people complained that the plunge pools are cold, we were in Cottage 2 and ours was always a good refreshingly warm temperature. My biggest complaint of the rooms is that the bathrooms are HOT. I mean sweating while you're showering hot with no fans in the bathroom. Overall, Antigua is beautiful. This is a smaller scale resort that is charming and beautiful with tiny flaws that could be fixed.
