"When I checked in, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I was first given a third floor room but when I explained I had two mountain bikes to carry up the stairs, he happily changed me to a second floor room at the top of the stairs. The room was basic but clean and comfortable."

"Very disappointed that the Cafe is closed. Their food was very good. The Mexican restaurant and Chinese restaurant are not everyone's style and the food was sub par. Take those two out and bring back the cafe. The rest of the property and service was outstanding. Some of the nicest workers I've encountered. Specifically Steven at the lobby bar. He was so pleasant and helpful and cheerful and handled a lot of responsibility running the bar and taking drinks to the casino floor. He is a gem of an employee and should be rewarded. Front desk ladies were all very good also."
