M de Puigsec – Charming stone cottage
The house is a 10-minute walk from the village. You get to it along a quiet road in an area with several other houses. The house is on a private 1000 m² plot, bordered by a small stone wall and trees, and there is outdoor parking space inside the grounds.
INSIDE
The house is arranged over two levels, although the holiday home is on the upper part. The entrance to the house is through the garden. There is a bright open-plan space with the kitchen, the dining room and the lounge. The spacious kitchen is at one end of the room, and has all the necessary utensils and appliances for your stay. In the lounge-dining area there is a wooden table and chairs, a sitting area with TV, coffee table, sofa and board games. This room also has a fireplace (the owner provides firewood for guests to use). Leading off from this room is a big 9 m² outside terrace with wonderful views of the garden and the surrounding mountains. Equipped with outdoor furniture: table and chairs. In the sleeping area, there are two triple bedrooms and a shared bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
On the lower floor of the house is a closed area where bicycles and motorbikes can be kept. There are electric radiators and wifi throughout the house.
OUTSIDE
Large garden with grass, trees and different spaces for various uses. Area with a brick barbecue and wooden table and benches, a play area with football goalposts and badminton racquets for children and an upper area with stone table and benches, ideal for enjoying the cool shade in the summer or the warm sunshine in autumn. The house is located in a natural setting, so there are often cows or horses in the fields next to the property.
Bright spacious kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, juicer, stove, tableware and glassware.
Lounge-dining room with fireplace, wooden table and chairs, sofa, TV, board games and windows with views.

Bedroom 1: one double bed and one single bed, open wardrobe, views outside.
