At the exit of the village, independent farmhouse renovated in a contemporary style, 5 minutes from the home of Jean-Luc and Annick, farmers. 4000 m² with view on meadow, not overlooked, quiet space. Terrace and courtyard on the south side. 22 km from Le Mans or Sablé, 15 km from the motorway exits Le Mans Sud, Le Mans Ouest. On your arrival, you will find the beds made, the bathroom/kitchen linen at your disposal as well as Sarthois products.
Ground floor: entrance, access to living room of 45 m² with lounge/living room (large screen TV), fitted kitchen (gas hob, electric oven), 2 bedrooms. ('orchid' 2 single beds, 'rose' 1 double bed and shower room), WC, utility room. Floor: 3 bedrooms. ('poppy' 1 bed 160, 'peony' 1 bed 160, 'lavender' 2 beds 90), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 shower room.
