Très bon emplacement mais logement très moyen
Prestations pas à la hauteur des photos : nombreuses fils électriques apparents, les fenêtres à l'étage ont un garde corps en palettes, la terrasse n'est pas terminée ni sécurisée pour des enfants, l'accès au coin de verdure est condamné et la propriété générale laisse à désirer. C'est très dommage car la maison est très bien placée et serait très agréable dans d'autres conditions. Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif.
