poor maintenance.
window shade wouldn't close, so had no privacy. Handicap room that we had, and need was missing the grab bar that had been installed (screw holes in the wall). My wife almost fell getting out of the shower.

This hotel is lovely. It’s very clean and comfortable. The only problem is the automatic light in the bathroom. It goes on automatically when you walk in and stays on. This is only a problem when you use the restroom at night.
