Staff and check-in were very good, the person who helped me was very friendly and gracious. The room was fine, relatively clean. The morning we left a pipe burst somewhere in town and there was no water. Other than that, which was of no fault of the hotel, everything was fine.

I travel a lot and stay in many different hotel. And I am very impress as to how clean and how fresh the air quality is through out the hall way and inside the hotel room. No moisture or dampened smell like other popular brand hotel. My nose is very sensitive and allergic to moldy smell. it can pick up musty smell. And I must say I am very satisfied with Red Roof Inn. Good breakfast too. I would give it a 5 plus stars!

Alex greeted me at the front desk! He had a great personality and was friendly. Our room was large and bed was great. We enjoyed our over night stay with Red Roof.

It was perfect for the money. Felt a bit like staying in a David Lynch film with the exact same framed photo repeated probably 100 times. The breakfast was amazing and better than the Hampton Inn where we stayed the night before. Room was clean, no bugs, no loud neighbors. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. If I ever find myself in Van Horn again, although extremely unlikely, I’d stay here again.

It was definitely the worst place I stayed at. There were dead roaches on the floors, AC and fridge weren’t working properly and bathtub was clogged. They moved us to another room where amenities were working but still roaches and dirt. Besides that, staff was friendly.

Older property, but the rooms are very neat and clean and the furnishings good - pet friendly (and free!) - if you don't get up the minute breakfast is served you miss out - I've yet to have the breakfast because I arrived at 8am instead of 6:30 - lol
