Property was easy to find by both private car and public transit. Staffed well. Bad points were poor maintence (walk-in shower drain had mounds of clogged hair which caused water over flow onto the washroom floor. This caused super slippery condition, causing me to fall. Luckily I only bruised my back and didn't land on my head). Room service sucked. We were there for 1 week but room was never made, we even had to ask for clean towels every other day. We thought of vacating the property and going 2 blocks west to the Holidan Inn, but their rates were better.

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. Stores and shopping was convenient. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area again.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Facilities fine, just an older hotel.Two restaurants right next door menus excrllent and modest pricing. Courtesy shuttle to airport too. Simple continental breakfast - adequate.

Abercorn staff are very pleasant. The facility might not be the newest but it’s very charming. The aesthetic is very nice. Our room was clean, the beds are comfy, what more could you ask?

I guess you get what you pay for with this place dirty and out dated and the mattress had a big pocket in the middle so we both rolled into it all night?? Told the guy at the front counter about it and he says well we use the best mattresses money can buy? Lol I told him that room 103 got missed then. There are way better places to stay near the airport it’s just I got lazy and went where our group went and everyone complained. Lesson learned.

Found beg bugs showed it to the staff and he walked out of the room and said he never seen those bugs before. He went back to his regular day. Moved us to a different room which also had dirty linen. Found small black hairs and blood stains on sheets.
