Great location. Quiet. Good check in. Communication with owner is excellent. NO access to steam and sauna rooms, owner did not provide keys.

Thanks for the accommodation. The staff (Linda and Leo) were extremely helpful. The facility is also in great condition. The entire experience is fantastic.

Don't stay at Benco - you'll never get in...
We could not stay at the hotel because it was not a hotel. It was a residence pushing their apartment on your site. There is no parking, or any way to unload bags. There is no "front desk". The so-called "contact" did not answer her telephone and her voicemail was full so we couldn't leave a message. We ended up staying at a wonderful Sheraton a couple of blocks away. We highly recommend that you remove Benco from your site.

Great Family Stay
Benco's communication was great. Camella answered all of our questions before and during our stay and let us check in early. We also met Linda at check out and she was so friendly. It was one of the best places that we've stayed at. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for us. The view from every room was great and the location of the place was so convenient.

Very clean and comfortable unit. However, too bright to sleep at night b/c of street lights and poor blinds quality. If you're a light sleeper, street noise can make it hard to sleep. Overall, I would definitely come back once they change blinds or put dark curtains in bedrooms.

Had a wonderful stay at the rental condo with 2 small kids. They loved watching the birds and the nice view from the big windows. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It's close to shops and a big park, and we walked everyday.

Absolutely stunning apartment, perfect for family
The place is absolutely stunning with park view and spotless cleanliness. Linda (our contact) was excellent host. Apart from the amenities and facilities that you would expect in a serviced apartment, the kitchen is well-stocked with full-set cutlery and even a Keurig coffee machine. They are so thoughtful that even a desktop computer and printer are provided. The location is convenient, close to the airport and Richmond Centre where you could buy most big brands (my daughter loves the lululemon there). We have been travelling a lot and must say it was one of the best travel experience that we had so far. Highly recommended to families and business travellers for longer stay. Will definitely book again for our extended family on their next trip.

Great value with a view
Benco's Residence in Richmond is not a hotel, but an apartment/condo style setup. It was perfect for what we wanted as we were staying 2 nights (between an Alaskan cruise & flying to Kauai) and are used to time share units. It had a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms. Definitely worth comparing price wise to other accommodations in the Richmond area close to the Vancouver airport. Camella & Benny were perfect hosts and very helpful.
