Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom ground-level rental unit within our 7-year-old house. It has its own private entrance, a good-sized living room, dining area, 2 large bedrooms, and a full kitchen. It has private bathroom, individual floor heating control, and faces the large fenced backyard. We are close to highway 1 and 2 Skytrain stations. Lougheed shopping center, Walmart, Save-on-Food, Tim Hortons, MacDonald's, BC Liquor Store, 24-hour gym, and many restaurants are all within walking distance. The cozy space nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this gorgeous retreat offers a cool escape for guests looking to unwind. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
