Great location downtown, waterfront and areas like Robson Street are easily walkable. Not too loud at night which is a bonus. The pool and hot tub were a nice option to use. The only negative was breakfast in the restaurant taking almost an hour to be served. Everything else was seamless!

It was in a good location. Very close to cruise terminal and train depot. I walked from train and to cruise. Lots of places to eat close by. Walked to the waterfront and walked along for over a mile one way. Wised I could have stayed longer to explore more of Vancouver.

Did not like this hotel at all, reception staff had an attitude, we had to change room twice, really small pillow on a king bed, not even a little table at the sitting area, not worth the price, will never go there again.

The hotel is nice but room was very noisy on the first night. Immediately upon arriving to our room, we heard a dog barking very loudly from a room across the hall. It took about an hour for staff to contact the owners and get them to return to their room and handle the dog. Then at midnight, we got woken up by someone in the adjoining room watching videos. I had to call the front desk to tell them to keep it down because knocking didn’t help. I don’t understand why we were in a room with a communicating door anyway. And now that I know as VIP we could have received an upgraded room, I don’t understand why we weren’t offered it. The Japanese toilet was a nice surprise though!

Overall, the room and service was great. The pool/hot tub was a disappointment. The pool felt unheated and was really not swimable due to length. The hot tub was scorching hot to the point of almost not able to use. The pool area didn't have any space for lounge chairs, so we couldn't really hangout which was a bummer as the weather was great the week we were there.

Only issue we had was the bath tub /shower was difficult to get in and out if you have any mobility problems. Otherwise excellent place to stay while in Vancouver heading for a cruise.
