The room was tidy, a/c , small refrigerator and microwave all in good working order. Blow dryer, iron & board provided. You can have laundry done if you request it. TV and Rogers Business cable. Close to any where downtown Langley. Tim Hortons literally across from the parking lot (open). Easy access for transit, taxis and Uber. They have a breakfast included and staff were courteous. Price was very reasonable. I will come again.

The room was full of smoke smell when we enter the room and it was very difficult to sleep night. My kids got a kind of breathing problem. I booked for non smoking room but they allotted a smoked room. Gym room was also not good and breakfast also not good. For vegetarians very difficult to eat maintenance is not good. While loading the potatoes or egg some of them are dropped on the floor instead throwing in thrash she kept in the bowl.

Excellent location
The staff were very friendly. Rooms are very large and spacious. Beds comfortable with lots of pillows. Room was dark and quiet over night. Bathroom had lots of counter space. Water pressure was excellent and Dove products in bathroom. The location of the hotel is EXCELLENT. So many things (shopping, restaurants) within a short distance. Save on Foods next door (safe area to walk around alone). Breakfast was typical eggs, sausage, hash-browns, yogurt, muffins, cereal etc We enjoyed our stay and would come back to this location again.
