We arrived late at night after a long flight, we were very happy to get to our room, lights were on, it was warm, we had bottles of water and were able to make a tea before bed. Bed was very comfy!

I just have comment with the restaurant staff. The lady that assist us. When its time to pay, she keeps on reminding not to skip the “tip” part. Im a little bit disappointed.

The best stay before international flight!
All the front desk staff were very cautious and efficient. We were given an upgrade to a spacious suite, in which we only found out after going into our room. There was a minor plumbing issue, but a maintenance personnel came right away and took care of it. It would’ve been nice if the lighting was a little brighter (even just at the desk). All in all, we couldn’t have been happier - we’ll be back for sure whenever we fly to Japan.

On both nights other guests were up between 5 am and 6 am and talking very loudly. Called security the second night when this fellow was shouting and they adressed it. Understand this is likely bad luck but does impact my stay. Some renovations were going on during the day again noisy when trying to make calls and work from my room.

Had a 3 bedroom suite for 4 nights, decent a little dated but clean! Only con was the fees they charge afterwards!! Parking fee/tax on top of our parking cost, and a few others that made th cost go up significantly for the 4 days. Also the restaurant in the building was terrible. We ordered food and 20 minutes later they claimed they did last call and wanted us to leave. In the morning our kids wanted the avocado toast. 1 came with a nasty brown avocado $60 for both because they didn’t say there was a $15 charge to bring to the room!
