The rooms were large and spacious, the beds comfortable and the staff pleasant. Not the most modern hotel, but it was very clean. A nice perk is that they use Dove products for the toiletries and not some generic over scented brand.

Was told by the shuttle drive after a 45 minute wait the shuttle was full but they would return in 30 minutes. Was informed by the driver we could take a can and submit the receipt to the hotel and they would reimburse me. This was not the case at all. I think the shuttle driver or someone on staff is getting kickbacks from the cab company. Unacceptable to be told this and then be out of pocket $40

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was great! Staff are friendly and very approachable . Their breakfast is excellent its not common breakfast that you can usually see to others. The hotel common area is clean and the surroundings! We do appreciate the To-go breakfast for those guest who wants head out early for their trip, its really convenient to us . After 3 nights in Tofino heading back to mainland of BC my husband decided to stay a night again in same Hotel “Holiday Inn express” Riverfront! You guys are rockstar! Keep up all the good work! Salute!

Amazing front office staff. I asked for an early drop to the airport (3am). They were kind enough to get some breakfast packed for us as well. Not just this, they were very good and helpful throughout.
