Although bed bugs can be found in hotels. I didn't expect to wake up at 3am to find that the skin irritation was due to bugs, and not to something i had eaten. Maybe house keeping should check for this before changing linen.

I have stayed here a number of times as i find the airport shuttle to be very convenient. The staff are always very friendly and efficient and the room and hotel itself are well maintained. it is often busy when i check in but rooms are very quiet.

Would choose this Hotel again!
I highly recommend this Hotel. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They greeted us promptly and offered us breakfast vouchers as soon as we were checked in as well as suggested shuttle service booking for our trip to the airport. The Hotel is located close to the airport so it’s not a long shuttle ride to get checked in to freshen up. It is easily accessible to Uber. There is a White Spot restaurant on location for breakfast and other meals with great food, wonderful, cheerful staff as well.

Had an excellent stay, decided to pay the extra rather than get stuck again at the hotels which in the past which did not match their advertisement, and we finally found a hotel we like after quite a few failed attempts coming from out of town. We arrived late, Roshad at the desk was happy and in a great mood, the room was as advertised and CLEAN. House keepers were pleasant and super helpful. Totally coming back!

Was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay close to the airport. Nothing fancy, surrounding area a bit industrial, but met our requirements. Rate was reasonable.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the airport since we had to catch an international flight in the middle of the night and we got to Vancouver at 8pm. We just needed some shut eye and a quick shower before heading out, but at 3am there was no hot water and I had to get out of the shower after 2 minutes because the drain didn’t work and it was about to flood the bathroom. I called down to the desk several times to see if there was another empty room we could jump into just to shower and the desk didn’t pick up until I called the 3rd time. There was no other room to shower in so we ended up having to leave unshowered and freezing cold for a long flight. The doors in the hallways are quite loud and we could hear the highway noise so we didn’t get the best sleep either. Kind of a waste of staying here since I could have just layed out at the airport anyways if I was going to sleep through noise and not get a shower in.

Too close to street so noisy, even lobby was noisy upon arrival, was hard to get picked up on street by friends because there’s not really a pick up/parking area for visitors, whole hotel needs updating including linens , towels you could see through & had holes, 1 luggage rack for 2 people, no water provided, amenities were barely enough for 2 people,
