We didn’t stay overnight. We walked in the room and mattresses were badly stained. One with blood and the other drooling stain I guess Hotel staff didn’t really tried to resolve the issue and my wife asked for refunds and was denied at the time They said it was paid and because I read a few reviews I accepted the room as is

Best Airport Hotel in Vancouver
Very clean and great access to transit. Room was great and the food was great at the white spot in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and had great pillows. Only comment was that towels supplied were very small for showering. Will stay here every time in the future as shuttle to airport is great.
