The hotel is beautiful and very clean and secure. You could only get to the guest floors if you had a key to a room. The staff was also wonderful and helpful with suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. It's just a short walk to the waterfront and the cruise terminal and plenty of dining and shopping in the area.

Very good hotel located at the hearth of Downtown Vancouver with easy access to all the major shopping stores, lots of dinning options in the nearby vicinity, and also various city transportation options around you. Can't go wrong with Hyatt Regency Vancouver.

Loved the service here! Our room was always incredibly clean and the people at the front desks were more than helpful and ready to accommodate! Ivan at concierge, especially, went out of his way to help find a car rental when access car renting was not open. He also gave me and my friend tips to getting around the Vancouver area and past that! Super kind and friendly people here- would recommend to others! :)

The hotel room is very basic for the price..... but the reason I am rating the hotel so low is HOW BAD THE BEDS and PILLOWS are. The mattress is so padded that there is no support for your back/neck. The Pillows are the kind that are as flat as a pancake the second your head touches them.

Our stay was overall very good, the only "complaint" I have would be that the pillows need an update. We have different sleep pillow styles and we both found the pillows to be overused and lumpy. Other than that the property is very walkable to Grandville, Canada Place, Robson Street, NHL arena ETC.
