well situated in city centre. well maintained and clean pool area is not very nice as access was through gym and not easy and quite cold to walk outdoors to access pool.

We booked our stay at L’Hermitage because it was centrally located for our film reservations during the Vancouver Film Festival. It was also well located for the other popular sites in Vancouver like Granville Island and Stanley Park. There was also an endless selection of wonderful restaurants well within walking distance. Our room was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. Loved our bed and the separate tub and showers with endless hot water. The best part of our stay, however, was staff. Everyone was so very friendly, attentive and helpful. We will definitely look forward to staying there again next year!

This is.my favorite hotel in Vancouver. The service is fantastic and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. I love the small pool. Great location - very walkable to many attractions. I will be back again and again.

Great small hotel in downtown Vancouver. Really good facilities including outdoor heayed lap pool and hot tub. Within a short walking distance of airport skytrain station too.
