We like it as walkable to the center especially close to restaurants and shopping centers.What we don’t like was not so much parking spaces.

Hotel is nice and clean. Walking distance to restaurants. Pet friendly and fees are reasonable. My first time to check-in/out online so when we got there I got my key 30 seconds upon saying hello to the receptionist and I just dropped off my keys for check out, that was very convenient!

This hotel is not at the airport, but close and is inside Richmond, BC. The hotel lobby and room are clean. For Asian food lovers, this is a perfect location. Many restaurants are within walking distance. It’s quite safe to walk around, even in the evenings. Breakfast is average, but with so many restaurants nearby, you would want to stay in late and go out for a brunch.

Really nice staff! We couldn’t get milk for our toddler due to the rain storm and the front desk staff were very friendly and gave as much milk as needed. Quiet hotel and clean.

The location and price was decent. The room while updated with laminate flooring and newer fixtures still felt empty and cold. The microwave was stacked on a mini-mini fridge at the far end of the room. The windows must have been single pane as the noise that came through sounded as if the window was open. The floor itself was dirty as evident by our bare feet when moving from the bedroom to the bathroom. Just felt aged. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and the front clerk at the front very accommodating for getting my daughter a crib, but it didn’t work out so she graciously took it back. Parking was great too.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no space in the hotel parking lot for my car, and there was no staff available to help me park elsewhere. It was the responsibility of the guest to find a parking spot somewhere else, even though parking was listed as an amenity during the booking. In the middle of the night, the heater in my room stopped working and started blowing cold air instead of warm air. When I asked for help at the reception, they were unable to fix it. After insisting, they finally provided me with a small portable heater. As a result, we had to deal with this issue until late at night, and we didn’t have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very basic, with little variety and poor quality. Even simple items like cucumbers and tomatoes were not available.
